Signage Fabrication Head

A Signage Fabrication Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sign fabrication process, from design to installation. This role involves managing a team of fabricators, ensuring quality control, adhering to safety standards, and managing project timelines and budgets. The head also collaborates with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sign fabricators, providing guidance and support.
• Project Oversight:Manage all stages of fabrication, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Quality Control:Ensure all fabricated signs meet design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Safety Management:Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for the fabrication team.
• Collaboration:Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Materials Management:Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials for fabrication.
• Technical Expertise:Possess strong knowledge of various fabrication techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Client Communication:Communicate with clients regarding project progress, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Process Improvement:Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the fabrication process.
