Fabrication Head

Responsibilities:

• Direct and monitor employees' work, including resource allocation and level of performance
• Coordinates with the admin staff for proper endorsement of Job Orders
• Create and implement schedules, procedures, and work instructions
• Constantly monitor and manage day-to-day activities of employees
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external contacts
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control of each project
• Monitoring of equipment maintenance
• Coordinates with the General Manager on concerns regarding design, production and fabrication that needs executive decision-making
• Supervises the installation of fabricated materials and coordinates with the clients
• Reports to the General Manager updates on the Operations Department

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any field but preferably an Industrial Engineering graduate
• Preferably with experience in the printing and advertising industry, particularly in signage production and on-site installation
• Willing to perform fieldwork and supervise on-site operations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of quality control safety standards, and production planning
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate effectively across departments
