Job Summary:

Responsible for the preparation of materials for printing and the setup, operation, maintenance, and cleaning of printing machines. Operates the fully automatic cylindrical silk screen printing machine and the full-color laser printer for flat surfaces. The operator is also responsible for monitoring the supplies of the printing machines. May also assist in warehouse-related functions when there are no printing jobs.

DUTIES:

  • Preparation of materials (food ware). Checking on quantity needed for printing based on request form. Setting and preparation of printing machine.
  • Operates machine to print on the company's different SKUs.
  • Monitor supplies of printing machines (INK)
  • Arrangement and stacking of printed items.
  • Picking and preparation of packaging materials upon request.
  • Advance printing of labels, buffer stocks for fast-moving products.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of printing machine.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Comply with GMP.

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience*:

  • At least a high school graduate
  • With 1 year experience in operating machine printers (silkscreen)
  • Knowledge on Machine Printing Operations, GMP

Qualification Guide

b. Physical Demand: Light physical efforts—lifts light weights

c. Hazards: Physical fatigue and muscle strain. Falling objects

Working Conditions: Well-ventilated warehouse, ambient temperature
