PDD Engineer

About the role

Glades International Corporation is seeking a talented PDD Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a PDD (Process Design and Development) Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and optimizing our manufacturing processes. This full-time position is based in Biñan City, Laguna, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our industrial engineering operations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality
• Conduct comprehensive process analyses and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
• Design and test new equipment, tools, and systems to support manufacturing activities
• Gather and analyse data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Provide technical support and training to production staff
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in process design, process improvement, and project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
