The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain visitor logs and office records
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least college level, preferably with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • With experience as a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage
  • Presentable, well-spoken, and professional
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Monthly Salary: ₱20,000.00

Monthly Allowance: ₱652.00

Schedule: Monday to Thursday (Compressed Work Schedule)
