Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily office communication and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Receive and handle inquiries, messages, and appointments.
Administrative Support
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Office Coordination
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitor access and requests.
- Monitor office supplies and report shortages when needed.
Records & Compliance
- Maintain visitor logs and issue IDs or passes when required.
- Follow company policies on security and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related courses (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service role is an advantage.
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of office equipment (telephone systems, printers, scanners).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
