We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential remodel projects from estimation to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet client expectations for quality, timelines, and budgets while collaborating closely with design and construction teams.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately estimate costs and manage high-end remodel projects
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Write subcontractor purchase orders and manage procurement of project materials
  • Manage 3+ high-end construction projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to understand project requirements and specifications
  • Conduct site visits and assessments for accurate cost estimation
  • Analyze project plans and blueprints to determine required materials, labor, and resources
  • Obtain and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and competitiveness
  • Develop detailed project proposals and cost breakdowns for client review
  • Monitor project budgets and support construction teams to ensure adherence
  • Manage projects through completion, ensuring quality standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and best practices in construction
  • Apply knowledge of cost control techniques for effective project management

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in high-end residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and project management
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
