Position Title: Customer Service Representative (Travel Account)

Work Setup: Onsite – Cebu IT Park

Hiring Process: One-Day Processing

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative for a Travel Account, you will provide support to customers regarding travel-related inquiries such as bookings, reservations, cancellations, itinerary changes, and other customer service concerns. This role requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow company procedures and comply with data privacy and quality standards.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College graduate.
  • With or without prior BPO experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays.
  • Customer-focused, with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fresh Graduates:
  • ₱14,500 – ₱15,500 basic salary (depending on interview performance)
  • ₱2,000 Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA)
  • With BPO Experience: Up to ₱22,610 package (₱20,610 basic salary + ₱2,000 NTA)
