About the role

Join the dynamic team at RRJ' as a Sales Associate in our San Fernando City La Union store. In this full-time role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales to help our business grow. Whether you're assisting customers, replenishing stock or contributing to store operations, your enthusiasm and dedication will be key to your success in this position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly, knowledgeable and personalised customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  2. Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  3. Maintaining neat, tidy and well-stocked store displays to create an inviting shopping environment
  4. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Assisting with inventory management, including restocking and stock takes
  6. Contributing to the smooth running of the store by completing various operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, with a demonstrated track record of providing excellent service
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
  3. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. A collaborative team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
