Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Financial Controller who will head all finance operations, reporting, accounting, and auditing. The ideal candidate will also work closely with the co-founders, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure robust financial management, compliance, and strategic planning.Key ResponsibilityOversee financial operations, ensuring efficient reporting, accounting, and compliance

Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Manage revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and adherence to accounting standards

Track and reconcile inventory at SKU level, ensuring transparency in purchases and COGSEnsure accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis

Monitor receivables, maintain proper aging reports, and ensure provisions are recorded. Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Assist in automating financial processes, reconciliation, and reporting for improved control.

Ensure timely regulatory compliance, including GST, PF, TDS, Income Tax, PT, and other statutory filings. Support external and internal audits, preparing necessary financial documents and statements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate salary disbursement and compliance with tax laws

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and reconciliation

Strengthen financial controls and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets

Work closely with leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives

Key RequirementsCA/CMA qualification with 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, and auditing

Strong knowledge of IFRS/India GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance

Expertise in reconciliation, budgeting, and financial controls

Leadership skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Hands-on, analytical, and problem-solving mindset

Experience in fintech, financial services, or a fast-growing organization.
