About the role

We are seeking a talented NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to join our team at Acbel PolyTech (Phils.), Inc. in Calamba City, Laguna. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and introduction of new products, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and validate new products
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve issues during the product development process
  • Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure product reliability and performance
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure smooth product launches
  • Continuously monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Document and maintain detailed records of all product development activities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an NPI Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and product development lifecycles
  • Proficient in using various engineering software and tools for analysis, simulation, and documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
