Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the SEC (particularly CGFD and EIPD), establishing and maintaining professional, high-trust relationships with regulatory officials to ensure smooth business communication and prompt resolution of potential issues. Lead responses to all types of regulatory inquiries, inquiries letters (SCL), and handle on-site inspections or surprise audits.
  • Corporate Governance and License Maintenance: Responsible for submitting all periodic reports to the SEC and other agencies. Oversee corporate governance and the renewal/maintenance of lending licenses to ensure uninterrupted operational authorization. Continuously interpret new regulatory notices (e.g., interest rate caps, capital requirements) and translate them into internal operational policies.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure lending practices, collection methods, and marketing materials comply with the Financial Consumer Protection Act (FCPA).

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience & Expertise: In-depth understanding of various financial regulatory documents, with 5-8+ years of compliance experience in the Philippine financial industry. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, fluent in English and local Philippine languages, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex communications with regulatory bodies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
