About the Role

We're looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer (5+ years of experience) who ensures our Salesforce ecosystem is stable, compliant, and production-ready—using Copado AI to accelerate test creation, failure analysis, and regression automation.

You will test complex Salesforce features (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Experience Cloud, integrations) across multiple orgs supporting lending, underwriting, servicing, and customer operations.

This is a modern QA environment where AI-powered testing and automation elevate both speed and coverage.

What You'll Do

AI-DRIVEN TESTING & QUALITYASSURANCE

  • Use
    Copado AI
    to generate test cases, scripts, edge-case scenarios, and regression coverage
  • Analyze debug logs and failure patterns using AI-assisted tools
  • Auto-generate test scripts for new features and optimize existing suites
  • Use AI to validate logic, compare executions, and identify hidden risks

FUNCTIONAL & REGRESSION TESTING

  • Test Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, and integrations
  • Validate REST API callouts, Named Credentials, and external system behavior
  • Execute full regression suites across multiple orgs before each release
  • Validate security (FLS, sharing) and ensure compliance with business rules
  • Test large data-volume scenarios and edge cases

AUTOMATION & DEVOPS COLLABORATION

  • Build automated UI and API tests (Copado Robotic Testing or similar)
  • Maintain test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with DevOps on automated quality gates
  • Assist developers in building or improving Apex test classes

CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION

  • Work closely with Developers, Admins, Architects, BA, and Product
  • Participate in refinement sessions to identify test scenarios early
  • Document defects clearly with reproducible steps and root cause insights
  • Ensure all features meet functional, security, and performance standards

What You Bring

REQUIRED

  • 5+ years QA experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, Flows, Apex logic, and LWC behavior
  • Experience testing multi-org enterprise Salesforce environments
  • Ability to validate SOQL results, debug logs, and platform events
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Copado, Provar, Selenium, or similar)
  • Comfortable using AI tools (Copado AI) for test generation and defect analysis
  • Excellent written communication for defect documentation and test plans

PREFERRED

  • Experience in financial services, lending, or regulated environments
  • Understanding of integrations, REST/SOAP testing, and Named Credentials
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and branching strategies
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Testing Tools)
  • Experience with Salesforce security (profiles, FLS, permissions)
