Our Finance team is at the heart of this growth, and we're looking for an Assistant Finance Manager who's ready to play a strategic role in our journey.


What You'll Do
  • Drive financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for projects and company growth
  • Oversee accounting and compliance (reports, tax, audit, internal controls)
  • Manage cash flow and budgets, ensuring healthy liquidity
  • Lead process improvements and automation (Zoho, Xero, etc.) in collaboration with tech team
  • Support and develop a growing finance & accounting team
  • Work with executives on fundraising and financing initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA preferred but not required)
  • 5+ years' experience in finance and accounting, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong grasp of financial analysis, reporting standards, and tax compliance
  • Analytical thinker with solid Excel/financial system skills
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, and comfort working cross-functionally
  • (Big Plus) Real estate industry background
  • Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar tools required; ERP experience preferred.
