JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Architect in preparing detailed technical drawings based on design concepts and project standards.
Conduct site measurements to ensure drawing accuracy.
Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
Support the preparation and submission of permit drawings and regulatory documents to the Office of the Building Official (OBO).

Qualifications:

At least a vocational or college level in any related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar drafting software.
With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in drafting or architectural works.
