JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Architect in preparing detailed technical drawings based on design concepts and project standards.
- Conduct site measurements to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Support the preparation and submission of permit drawings and regulatory documents to the Office of the Building Official (OBO).
Qualifications:
- At least a vocational or college level in any related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar drafting software.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in drafting or architectural works; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
