Job Summary

We are looking for friendly and reliable Store Crew members to join our Lawson store team As a Store Crew member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, helpful service.

  • Answer customer questions and assist them in finding products.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Store Operations:

  • Stock shelves and displays with merchandise.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Prepare food and beverage items according to company standards.
  • Monitor product freshness and remove expired items.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.

  • Loss Prevention & Safety:

  • Monitor store activity to prevent theft and ensure safety.

  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards to the Team Lead.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills.
