About the role

Join our dynamic team at S&L Fine Foods' as a fulltime Store Crew in our Makati City location. In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store, contributing to the overall success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of a variety of cold cuts and other deli products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Operate cash registers, handle cash, and reconcile transactions
  • Restock and rotate inventory as needed
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to support the overall operations of the store

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality and food service industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
