Job Description:

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales of fragrance products. This role includes assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in choosing the right fragrance products.
  • Share product information and make recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Process payments and transactions correctly.
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Neat, presentable, and customer-oriented.
  • Flexible and willing to work in a retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
