About the role

Select Goods', a leading hospitality and retail company, is seeking a enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our vibrant team in Olongapo City, Zambales. As a fulltime Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining and retail spaces.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly, professional demeanour
  2. Efficiently taking and fulfilling customer orders
  3. Preparing, serving and presenting food and beverages with care and attention to detail
  4. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked service area
  5. Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
  6. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer queries or concerns
  7. Supporting the broader team with additional tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or retail industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and professional manner
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
  4. A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  5. A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to be a team player
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
