About the role

We are seeking a Billing and Records Associate to join our team at Purepace Distribution Inc. This full-time role is based in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental and will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate billing and records management support to the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and processing invoices and statements in a timely manner
  2. Maintaining detailed and organised records and files
  3. Responding to inquiries regarding billing and account information
  4. Assisting with the coordination and archiving of company documentation
  5. Providing general administrative support as required

What we're looking for

  1. Prior experience in a billing, records management or administrative role
  2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  4. Proficiency with office software
