About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our finance team at Purepace Distribution Inc in Ozamiz City. As a Billing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the company's billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our clients. This is a full-time, office-based role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and sending invoices to clients in a timely manner
  2. Reconciling client accounts and following up on outstanding payments
  3. Maintaining accurate records of all billing-related activities
  4. Assisting with the month-end closing process and reporting
  5. Providing support to the accounting team as needed
  6. Communicating with clients to address any billing-related queries or concerns

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Billing Assistant or in a similar role
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. Knowledge of accounting principles and billing best practices
