About the Role

This is not a typical graphic design job. You won't be designing ads or static visuals — you'll be designing Shopify 2.0 experiences that convert. We're looking for an artist who thrives inside structure — someone who can take the limitations of a Shopify 2.0 theme and make it feel custom, premium, and alive. You'll work with our CRO Director, developers, copywriters, and data team to create high-performing landing pages that blend design, psychology, and storytelling. If you've ever wanted your work to live at the intersection of art direction, user behavior, and commerce, this is where your craft meets impact.

What You'll Do

● Design Shopify 2.0 landing pages, product pages, and offer layouts that drive emotion and conversion.

● Make modular structures feel handcrafted and premium.

● Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect structure and responsive design.

● Work with the CRO pod to interpret data and translate insights into visual improvements.

● Document designs for A/B testing and AI automation training.

● Use Figma and AI design tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Midjourney) to create fast layout variations.

Who You Are

● 3+ years in web or UX/UI design (Shopify experience preferred).

● Exceptional eye for composition, typography, and balance.

● Understand structure and constraints — and can make simplicity feel luxurious.

● Collaborate well with developers, analysts, and copywriters.

● Love refining small details that make big emotional impact.

● Curious about AI tools and how design can evolve through automation.
