As our CRO / UI/UX Web Developer, you'll be at the heart of this transformation—owning how users engage, convert, and stay with us across our website and our fast-rising new venture. You will shape the digital experience that powers our lead generation engine and directly impacts revenue.

Role Overview:

We are searching for a data-driven, creative, and highly technical
CRO / UI/UX / Web Developer
to own the user experience and conversion performance across Firefly's website and our upcoming startup brand.

This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift between
strategy, analysis, design, and hands-on development
. You'll build user journeys, run experiments, analyze behavior, and turn insights into high-performing UX improvements.

Key Responsibilities
:

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Own end-to-end CRO strategy for Firefly and sister-brand websites.
• Build and manage A/B, multivariate, and user-flow tests.
• Optimize landing pages, funnels, CTAs, and conversion paths to increase lead generation.
• Identify friction points through data, user recordings, and behavioral insights.

UI/UX Strategy, Research & Design

• Conduct UX research using heatmaps, session replays, analytics, and user behavior tools.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Ensure consistent, intuitive, conversion-oriented digital experiences.
• Improve navigation, information hierarchy, and usability.

Front-End Development

• Implement UX/UI updates using modern web development best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and developers for flawless execution.
• Maintain and enhance site performance, mobile responsiveness, and overall accessibility.
• Build landing pages optimized for PPC and SEO initiatives.

Analytics & Performance Insights

• Track KPIs including conversion rate, scroll depth, bounce rate, and user pathing.
• Deliver data-driven insights that align with SEO and paid media strategies.
• Provide weekly recommendations to improve user experience and lead quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with PPC, SEO, and Content teams to ensure all optimizations support campaign goals.
• Support new initiative launches through UX direction and CRO testing.
• Coordinate site updates, enhancements, and technical fixes with the broader team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRO, UI/UX design, or front-end development (agency experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of UX best practices, user psychology, and conversion science.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, heatmapping, and digital analytics tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS.
• Ability to design wireframes and prototypes in Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable steps.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for optimizing digital experiences.
