QUALIFICATION: NCII OR NCII ELECTRICAL HOLDER

I. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installs, maintains and repairs motor controls and accessories.
  • Check and services plant appliances.
  • Conducts repairs of air-conditioning units and accessories, heaters, welding machines, electric fans and other electrical appliances.
  • Renders monthly preventive maintenance servicing of all air-conditioning units and records abnormalities and action taken.
  • Assists re-winder in the rewinding of burnt electrical motors.
  • Replace busted bulbs and other lighting facilities within the plant.
  • Assist in the installation of power lines to ongoing expansion projects.
  • Renders weekly preventive maintenance serving of portable disc grinders, electrical drill and laboratory equipment.
  • Cleans motor. Motor control center and lubricates motor bearing.
  • Record daily KWH meter reading of substation on logbook provided.
  • Installs, maintains and repairs plant intercom units.
  • Generator set tender during power failure
  • Check ampere loads of all running motors during plant operations.
  • Records daily accomplishment on logbook provided
  • Performs preventive maintenance as per planned and scheduled by Electrical Inspector and approved by Electrical Supervisor.
  • Observe safety and proper housekeeping in the work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
