  • Standardize technical content across platforms and media. Edit documentation and online help to ensure clarity, accuracy, organization, and adherence to style guides and standards.
  • Create paper-based and digital operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) pages to assist technical support staff, consumers, and other users.
  • Utilize the content management system (CMS) to manage the lifecycle of technical documentation, including draft, review, and publishing phases.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, IT, or any related course.
  • Related Work Experience – At least 2 years of experience working in an IT environment or technical writer background.
  • Experience in technical writing and product development or exposure in IT software products
  • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
  • Knowledge – Knowledgeable in the following:
  • Knowledge of data profiling/governance, lineage, and catalog standards (cataloging)
  • Ability to synthesize technical & business concepts
  • Familiarity with ERDs/DFDs and data profiling outputs
