Team Lead – Financial/Billing Account

  • Cebu City / Mandaue City | Start Date: October 2025

Role Overview:

The Team Lead will manage 12–20 analysts, ensuring smooth operations, strong team performance, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 12–20 associates.
  • Monitor daily performance, share updates, and give quality/productivity tips.
  • Recognize good work, coach underperformers, and conduct team huddles.
  • Manage workload and ensure SLA targets are met.
  • Coordinate with managers, QA, and other support teams.
  • Act as SME to answer questions, guide on loan procedures, and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide daily performance reports to leadership and clients.
  • Train and develop team members to improve skills.
  • Lead by example, especially in effective sales pitching.

Qualifications:

  • College Undergraduates are accepted
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of TL experience in a financial/billing account.
  • Experience managing 15–20 associates.
  • Confident in client communication and reporting.
  • Coaching and sales leadership experience required.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu or Mandaue.

Compensation Package:

  • Up to Php 45,000 Package
  • HMO with 1 free dependent (upon onboarding)
  • Life Insurance (upon onboarding)
  • SL & VL – 10 each
  • Free parking
