Key Responsibilities
  • Design and review electrical layouts, load calculations, and specifications for building projects.
  • Supervise electrical installations, testing, and commissioning during construction.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building electrical systems.
  • Ensure reliable operation of power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and other electrical systems.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and procurement requirements for electrical equipment and materials.
  • Ensure workplace and site safety in all electrical activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field.
  • Ability to create, read, and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications and compliance with standards.
  • Proficient in preparing cost estimates and developing comprehensive bills of materials (BOM) for electrical projects.
  • Knowledge and experience in Fire Pro, security FDAS, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Automation products, Wireless communication, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarms and alike is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management skills.
  • With good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Organizational, Leadership, and Management skills
  • Good problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel is required.
