What You'll Do

• Develop and execute digital performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Apply data-driven insights and cutting-edge performance marketing strategies to maximise return on investment (ROI) or achieve efficiency, and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with strategy, planning, and investment teams to ensure performance activity integrates seamlessly within the broader marketing ecosystem.
• Manage ongoing testing and experimentation across ad formats, creative, and targeting to maximise ROI and efficiency.
• Ensure campaigns are reviewed thoroughly and deliver strong, consistent results.
• Deliver timely, insightful reporting (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, PCR), transforming data into meaningful narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Understand client business goals, challenges, and industry dynamics to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Performance Manager to strengthen client relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their digital marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Key Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns.
• Previous experience in eCommerce or retail environments preferred.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a solid understanding of paid search, display, and video campaigns. Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and data driven marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in integrated teams, contributing to a shared vision and collaborating across departments.
• Eager to lean in and take initiative, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive campaign success. 

Work setup:

• • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a fully remote setup.
