The client is a video-first growth firm helping home service brands and nonprofits move beyond basic lead generation to build long-term brand legacy. The agency specializes in high-performance video production and paid media, leveraging its proprietary Ad Vault System to generate a full year of channel-optimized content from a single shoot.

By blending cinematic storytelling with ROI-driven marketing, the firm delivers results across TV, YouTube, and social platforms. The company also maintains a strong social impact mission, mentoring future creatives while supporting nonprofit organizations.

About the Role

This is not a typical VA role. We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Executive Assistant to act as the Founder's operational right hand.

You will work strictly from established systems, SOPs, and clear direction — this role does not own strategy, creative direction, or client deliverables. Your responsibility is execution, organization, and visibility across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Bandwidth Support (Primary Focus)

  • Inbox Zero cleanups and daily email management

  • Internal and external communication handling

  • Calendar management and meeting coordination

  • Central point of contact for daily operations

Social Media & Content Coordination

  • Social posting for retainer clients (2–3 posts per week)

  • Caption drafting strictly from prompts or SOPs

  • Canva support (designs brought ~80% to completion)

  • No campaign ideation or copywriting required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable with Notion, Canva, and social platforms

  • Highly organized and systems-oriented

  • Proactive, solution-driven mindset

  • Interest in video production or marketing is a plus

  • Openness to AI tools is beneficial

  • Notion projects are always accurate

  • Founder regains 5–10 hours per week
