Factory Manager

Oikos Sustainable Solutions Inc., seeks a Factory Manager to oversee the facility operations and manage a team of production employees, ensuring efficiency, safety and quality. The successful candidate's responsibilities include implementing policies and monitoring output to meet production goals on time and within budget.
This role also involves the following job description:
- Provides high quality and efficient factory service containing expenditure with agreed budget, ensuring a cost-effective service at the manufacturing operations.
- Responsible for operational management, planning and development of all aspects of the factory operations.
- Ensures implementation of standard operating policies, procedures and programs.
- Monitors and ensures the highest quality standards of factory operations.
- Observes, analyze operations, takes actions on operational problems and concerns.
- Prepares sales forecast and operations budget.
- Make sure that daily, weekly and monthly inventory is properly implemented and monitored.

- Responsible for holding controllable P&L line items within the budget and implement necessary financial controls to attain the monthly budget.
- Check inventories and condition of equipment, monitor losses and supplies of equipment.
- To implement and monitor systems to control wastage of raw materials in the factory.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve-cost effective solutions.
- Create work schedules, assign task and manufacturing activities

- Allocate resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standards
- Estimate manufacturing cost and identify ways to reduce them
- Evaluate employee's performance and coach production teams
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards
- Monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines
- Provide training and resources to ensure production teams understand safety protocols
- Review and audit production processes to identify strategies for improvement
- Make decisions related to production
- Prepare production reports for senior management
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in manufacturing industry and graduate of Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/and Chemical Engineering, of any Engineering courses.
- Preferably in Managerial role, is general expected.
- Candidate must be knowledgeable in delivery management, quality management, inventory management, equipment maintenance, as well as people development.
- The candidate have experience and be proficient in operational efficiency and control raw materials, man-hours, etc.
- The candidate must possess excellent problem solving skills, decision making skills, and interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must be from or willing to be assigned at Baliuag, Bulacan
