We're looking for a Vendor Debits Associate to join our growing Credit Management team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to operational efficiency. You'll play an important part in processing vendor-related transactions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor debit transactions and ensure accurate bid loading in the system
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently
  • Reconcile and investigate account discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Support daily operations and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1.5 years' experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or Vendor Management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Location: BGC or Pasay

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php37,000.00 per month
