Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vendor Debits Associate, based in Taguig, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include managing vendor debits, reconciling vendor accounts, preparing financial reports, resolving discrepancies, and communicating with vendors. The Vendor Debits Associate will also proactively ensure compliance with internal processes and policies and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in account reconciliation and vendor debit processes
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor interactions
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant accounting software tools
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work setup and collaborate with remote and in-office teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in
    vendor debits or credit management
    operations is an advantage
