We are expanding our technical and delivery support team and are looking for a
dependable, professional, and customer-focused Technical Service & Delivery Engineer
to support both device servicing and consumables delivery for clinics across the Philippines.

Role Overview

This hybrid role combines
technical servicing, installation, and delivery of devices and consumables
(e.g. injectables, consumable tips, accessories, parts, demo units). The position requires hands-on technical ability, safe handling of medical aesthetic products, customer professionalism, and timely delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

§ 
Product & Equipment Delivery

Safely deliver devices, consumables (injectables, tips, handpieces), spare parts, and accessories to clinics and hospitals.

Handle proper loading, transport, and documentation of goods with care and accuracy.

Ensure secure storage, temperature awareness (if applicable), and correct route planning.

Obtain signed delivery confirmations and update system records (CRM/ERP).

§ 
Device Installation & Site Setup

Conduct site readiness checks before installation.

Install, calibrate, and commission medical aesthetic devices per manufacturer guidelines.

Provide basic operation guidance during handover (non-clinical).

§ 
Preventive & Corrective Servicing

Perform scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment on-site or via remote support.

Record all service activities and warranty documentation.

§ 
Technical Assistance & Support

Assist sales and clinical teams during demos, events, and workshops.

Provide basic product handling and usage orientation to receptionists/clinic staff.

Support loaner units, device returns, swaps, and accessory replacements.

§ 
Inventory & Logistics Coordination

Maintain records of delivered consumables, spare parts, tools, demo units, and accessories.

Monitor usage of consumable stock (injectables, tips, handpieces) and coordinate replenishment.

Ensure proper packing, labelling, and storage of medical aesthetic items.

§ 
Compliance & Safety

Ensure all service and delivery activities follow health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Maintain confidentiality of client information, technical data, and device service records.

Securely handle branded devices, injectable products, and high-value accessories.

Qualifications & Requirements

§ Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechanical, or related field (preferred)

§ At least 1–3 years in technical service, field support, delivery coordination, or logistics handling

§ 
Must hold a valid driving licence
; able to drive for deliveries and site visits

§ Experience handling medical devices, accessories, or consumables (advantage)

§ Technical exposure: installation, basic repairs, troubleshooting

§ Strong documentation skills, detail-oriented, and reliable

§ Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
