We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with strong expertise in interior fit-out and marble works, supported by international project experience, preferably in the Middle East (GCC). The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of commercial, contractual, and cost management functions across high-value fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of fit-out and marble projects

  • Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
  • Oversee variations, claims, and change management processes
  • Lead contract administration, including subcontractor agreements and payment certifications
  • Evaluate project risks and implement cost-control strategies
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure commercial alignment
  • Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and commercial best practices
Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • Minimum 10–15 years relevant experience in interior fit-out and marble works
  • International project experience required, preferably Middle East (GCC)
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC or similar international contracts
  • Proven experience handling high-value and complex fit-out projects
  • Excellent commercial judgment, negotiation, and leadership skills
Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of BOQs, cost control, and contract administration

  • Proficient in Excel and cost management tools
  • Experience with PlanSwift, CostX, or similar is an advantage
  • Strong reporting and commercial analysis skills
