We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Sales Director to lead corporate acquisition efforts and expand our presence in the real estate market. This role is responsible for developing and executing corporate sales strategies, building partnerships with national and regional organizations, and managing a team of Corporate Sales Managers to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for national and regional corporate accounts; ensure alignment with organizational goals and regional priorities; maximize opportunities within partner ecosystems to grow corporate sales.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and empower a team of Corporate Sales Managers; conduct capability-building programs and performance reviews to sustain a high-performance sales culture.
  • Account Management & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients; negotiate and structure corporate deals that balance competitiveness and profitability; design corporate loyalty programs and exclusive offerings.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set corporate sales targets, evaluate performance, and prepare accurate reports and forecasts; ensure compliance with booking processes, documentation standards, and CRM requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Project Development, and other internal teams to support corporate campaigns, events, and sales activations; coordinate with engagement teams for corporate-led activities and initiatives.

  • Operational Excellence: Proficiency in CRM tools, process optimization, and resource management for seamless sales operations.
  • Market Intelligence: Keen ability to analyze industry trends, assess market shifts, and adjust strategies proactively.

Job Requirements

  • Corporate Sales Expertise: Proven experience in corporate sales leadership, ideally within the real estate sector or related industries, with a strong track record of securing corporate partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strategic & Market Insight: Deep understanding of corporate engagement strategies, market and industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and effective cost management practices.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership capabilities with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to influence key decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Account Management & Execution: Strong ability to manage multiple high-value corporate accounts simultaneously, drive execution, and consistently deliver results under aggressive timelines.
  • Digital & CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with digital sales platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems; ability to leverage technology to enhance sales performance and improve operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
