  • Strategic Execution Planning: Translate corporate business objectives and strategic mandates into detailed execution plans, ensuring alignment with Mynt's overall goals.
  • Program Management: Lead the management of strategic priority programs, working alongside cross-functional team members to ensure effective implementation and delivery.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership team members to ensure the successful delivery of priority workstreams through rigorous program management and cross-functional alignment with various stakeholders.
  • Decision Support: Provide essential inputs to enable the CEO and the leadership team in informed decision-making, robust program management, and the seamless implementation of key initiatives.
  • Prioritization and Assessment: Assess and prioritize within identified key areas to support and enable alignment with the organization's strategies and priorities.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and flag roadblocks, risks, and potential delays, and co-develop effective solutions with the program team to mitigate these challenges
