About the Role

The FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving the financial planning, reporting, and analysis function. This role is responsible for providing insights that support management decision-making, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to the achievement of the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide variance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with business leaders to monitor performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop financial models to support business cases, new investments, pricing, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
  • Implement and maintain financial planning tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, economic outlook, and competitor performance for business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • At least 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A, business analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, appliances, or consumer goods industry preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small to medium-sized finance team.
  • High integrity, analytical mindset, and results-driven.
