Cost Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyze project expenditures against budget.
  • Identify and report cost variances, trends, and root causes.
  • Generate regular cost performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, project control procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed cost records along with backup documentation.
  • Support internal audits and financial reviews with relevant cost data and reporting.

Risk and Opportunity Analysis

  • Identify potential cost risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quantify financial risk exposure and recommend appropriate contingency strategies.
  • Collaborate with risk management teams to incorporate cost impacts into overall project risk assessments.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Coordinate closely with project control, scheduling, finance, and technical teams.
  • Clearly communicate cost-related issues, forecasts, and insights to project managers and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and present updates on cost performance and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in project cost control or related financial roles
  • Proficiency with cost control software/tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and budgeting standards.
  • With at least basic technical knowledge
  • With at least basic understanding of project cost control, particularly for engineering projects such as telecommunications, OSP, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
