Role : Paid Media Assistant

A successful Paid Media Assistant will provide support for the Lead Paid Media Specialists and our teams.

This role has 5 core functions

  • Load campaigns and campaign assets
  • Configure ad targeting
  • Daily and weekly campaign monitoring
  • Report on campaigns
  • Research competitors and target audiences

This includes but is not limited to the following ::

Set up of

  • campaigns and configure targeting for campaigns
  • Daily and weekly monitoring to ensure ads are active and compliant with platform standards
  • Accuracy with exporting campaign data and manual data entry into Google Sheets
  • Ability to update trackers and create reports in Google Sheets
  • Ability to create and leverage audience types (Custom Audiences, Lookalike, etc)
  • Collaborate with team members on paid media briefs and strategy
  • Document paid campaign timelines into project management software
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads

Must have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail and Gcal

Important Note: This role is remote, but will require two to three onsite team wide meetings per month within Makati, Pasig or Taguig.
