About the Role:

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a strategic and analytical Market Research & Marketing Insights Analyst to lead market research and intelligence efforts supporting our marketing strategy and investor analysis. This role focuses on analyzing local and national market trends, investment-relevant dynamics, and customer demand across our asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research initiatives focused on local and national markets relevant to iSupport Worldwide's strategy.
  • Analyze market fundamentals, demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and regional trends impacting customer acquisition and investment outcomes.
  • Produce market research and investor insight reports supporting underwriting assumptions, market selection, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data to understand audience behavior and digital demand signals.
  • Synthesize data from marketing campaigns, website performance, and external research sources into actionable insights.
  • Develop visual dashboards and presentation-ready materials for internal teams and investor audiences.
  • Partner with marketing, investment, and leadership teams to align research insights with business and capital strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in market research, marketing insights, investment research, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience producing market research and investor-facing reports.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification required.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strategic, insight-oriented mindset; not a data science or heavy statistical modeling role.
