Job Description

As a Senior Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy bespoke digital forms, tools, and features that enhance customer experiences. You'll mentor junior engineers, lead technical initiatives, and contribute to innovative solutions that support seamless property transactions.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Full-Stack Developer
• Highly proficient in TypeScript and Node
• Highly proficient with frontend frameworks and skills, e.g. React, CSS, HTML
• Proficient in API Development and micro-services
• Experience in C# and using .NET framework
• Proficient with DevOps tools and techniques, particularly Docker, Git, AWS, GCP, and CI/CD
• Ability to effectively work in pair programming and independently
• Comfortable working in agile environments, handling shifting priorities, and delivering iteratively

Bonus points for:

• Experience in designing and building micro-services and distributed systems (e.g., REST API, GraphQL, queue-based, event-driven architecture with Kafka or SQS) with strong performance and security

• Work in a team of software engineers with diverse backgrounds
• Develop, test, and deploy new features using multiple technologies and platforms
• Build bespoke digital forms and presentations
• Lead technical initiatives from discovery to production
• Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced engineers
• Contribute proactively to continuous improvement of the development process
• Enhance skills and knowledge through continuous learning and evaluation
