Personal Accident Claims Adjuster

We're looking for a Personal Accident Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing personal accident (PA) claims from start to finish. This includes receiving and creating new claim files, verifying policy details, and ensuring all required documents are submitted and complete.
Your duties will involve:
- Handling the entire PA claims process: Receive and register all PA claims, determine if they are related to a catastrophic event, and verify claimant information in our database.
- Customer communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone or email, and regularly following up with claimants to ensure they provide all necessary documentation.
- Claim evaluation and processing: Review documents to determine the compensability of a claim, prepare necessary reports and routing slips, and draft recommendation letters. Identify complex or high-value claims that need to be escalated to an independent adjuster.
- Administrative tasks: Prepare and route documents for approval, create requests for check payments, and keep a detailed record of all claims and their progress in the system.
Preferred Majors: A medical background such as Nursing or Public Health is preferred
