Accounting Trainee

• Perform and maintain accurate records of financial transactions (e.g. sales and purchases, billing and collection, payables and payments, payroll and taxes)
• Perform and maintain accurate records of assets and liabilities
• Perform accurate bookkeeping of ledgers, journals, trial balances and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports from enterprise management systems and databases
• Analyze problems, strategize solutions, resolve financial transactions with issues and actively engage in systems improvement

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management
• Advantage with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Knowledgeable on the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Tax Code
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Must have software skills on Quickbooks, Peachtree, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Enterprise Management Planning
• Must have multi-tasking skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, keen to details and proactive
