Job Summary

The Cadet Engineer – Maintenance will assist in the daily maintenance operations of the Feedmill, supporting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to ensure smooth and efficient production. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates or trainees who want to gain hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and plant operations while developing technical and problem-solving skills.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems used in industrial or feedmill operations
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules

Responsibilities
  • Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining feedmill machinery, electrical circuits, and electronic control systems
  • Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
  • Coordinate with senior engineers and maintenance teams to implement repairs and technical solutions
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of repairs and inspections
  • Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety, operational, and quality standards
  • Participate in technical training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
