Responsibilities
Job Description

The ideal candidate will report to the Finance and Strategy Process Lead, Finance Shared Services to help create, stabilize, and perform general accounting functions in Manila.

  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining data gathered.
  • Extracts, transform, and load financial content from the Accounting system and Hyperion (including but not limited to: Plan, Budget, Actuals, Forecast, Headcount, Capex).
  • Updates financial report templates and maintains communication with F&S partners for any changes.
  • Compares and interprets historical results against budgets and forecasts and performs variance analysis to explain differences in performance.
  • Coordinates with different departments in preparing individual budget and assists in consolidating overall corporate budget.
  • Prepares internal reports for executive leadership in support for decision making.
  • Maintains reports & reconciliations that adhere to company-established accounting and finance policies, processes and controls
  • Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation
  • Coordinates and communicates with various contacts (Operations/ Finance & Strategy /All Departments) related to reports and reports dependencies.
  • Protects Operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
  • With at least 2-4 years finance/accounting experience
  • SAAS company/ Finance Shared Services experience preferred.
  • WIling to work night and/ or shifting schedules to accommodate different time zones per global business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills required (VLooksUps, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multitasking skills, and flexibility to alternate from one project to the next quickly
  • Energetic, driven and dedicated
  • Teamwork-oriented
  • With Netsuite, Adaptive & Coupa experience is preferred.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
