Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Lead with experience in frontend (ReactJS) or backend (.NET Core with AWS) development. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills in mentoring and guiding team members, identifying skill gaps, and supporting continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and guide technical development
  • Identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans
  • Mentor team members on technical and soft skills
  • Encourage collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and performance improvement
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and support underperforming staff

Required Skills (Max 6):

  • Proven experience as a team lead
  • ReactJS or .NET Core with AWS
  • Strong mentoring and coaching ability
  • Experience in skill gap analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive team performance

Nice to Have (Max 3):

  • Experience with ODC (Offshore Development Center) teams
  • Familiarity with performance management processes
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
