We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our Insurance Business Unit at Pointwest. In this role, you will provide maintenance, production support, and continuous improvements for enterprise-scale applications. You will handle incident resolution, testing, deployment support, and contribute to DevOps practices. This is a client-specific role requiring adaptability, collaboration, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance and production support, ensuring reliable and stable systems.
  • Perform incident resolution and support end-to-end testing activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements.
  • Support deployments and DevOps migration for more efficient operations.
  • Continuously develop skills and share knowledge with peers.
Key Metrics
  • Timely resolution of incidents and support tickets (SLA compliance).
  • Quality of deliverables (low defect rates, successful test outcomes).
  • Active contribution to Agile practices and process improvements.

Qualifications
