**Job Overview:**

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, executing sales-generating plans and programs, strictly implementing standard controls, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

**Job Duties:**

  • Oversee overall store operations.
  • Conduct daily briefings with store staff.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Manage staff schedules, cash funds, and store equipment.
  • Implement store marketing campaigns such as promotions and tie-ups.
  • Monitor daily inventory and ensure stock availability.
  • Monitor product expiration dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) implementation.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HRM, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Preferably an Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Services.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
