About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Service Officer to join the team at City Savings Bank's Bontoc Branch located in Bontoc Mountain Province. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of the branch staff, you will play a vital role in delivering our banking services and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the branch.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and assisting customers with their banking needs, including account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions
  2. Accurately processing customer transactions and maintaining detailed records
  3. Handling cash management activities, such as balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
  4. Cross-selling and promoting the bank's products and services to customers
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  6. Adhering to the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  7. Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the branch

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service in a supervisory role gained in a retail banking role, preferably in a branch environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent math and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  4. Proficient in using banking systems and software applications
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the branch
